Arrive within the given time frame for each visit
Always send pictures and an update with every visit so our clients know that their animals feel safe and are well-cared for while they are away.
Clearly communicate the care provided and concerns (if necessary) so owners are in the loop and their furry family members are being well-cared for

Completing required training and application process
Never bringing a bad mood or negative energy to a job
Ensuring that your schedule lines up with the jobs that you agreed to perform
Communicating with Blake or JR if your schedule needs to be adjust, are ever uncomfortable in a clients home, and/or need help completing an assignment
Treating all animals and people with respect when interacting and communicating
Never swearing, smoking, vaping, or drinking on client properties
